These terms apply when you use collectem.us or the Collect'Em app, run by Collect'Em Store, 701 NW 5th Ave, Suite 1102, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33311. By using the site or app you agree to them.
Your account
You must be 18 or older to create an account. Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity on your account. You can delete your account at any time from Account or "Your orders".
Buying cards and boxes
- Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax is added where required.
- Every item is a real card or product from our shop. Photos show the actual item or the item type, and grades are as listed.
- If an item sells out before your payment is completed, you are not charged for it.
- Orders ship the same or next business day, or are ready for local pickup in Fort Lauderdale.
Mystery cards and the claw machine
- Who can buy: you must be 18 or older and in the United States. Mystery cards are not offered in states where they aren't allowed.
- Every purchase is a card: each mystery card you buy is one real card or product from our case. The claw game is the fun way we reveal it. Your aim, timing or skill does not change which card you get.
- Odds: every machine shows the chance of getting each tier and each card before you pay. Your card is picked by those posted odds using a provably fair method you can check in your vault.
- Stock: if a machine runs out of cards partway through your order, you are only charged for the cards you received.
- Your vault: cards you get are kept for you in your vault until you ask us to ship them or pick them up in store.
- Payment: mystery cards can be paid by card, store credit, or both.
- Selling back: you can sell a card from your vault back to us for store credit at the rate shown, based on the card's listed shop price when you got it. Store credit is not cash and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- No cash prizes: mystery cards and cards cannot be exchanged for cash.

- Sponsors: Apple and Google are not sponsors of, and are not involved in, any purchase, promotion or giveaway.
- Fair play: we may cancel purchases and refund them if we find a technical error, fraud or abuse.
Store credit
Store credit is applied automatically at checkout for regular shop items. It has no cash value and is lost if your account is deleted.
Returns and problems
If something arrives damaged or is not as described, contact us within 7 days with photos and we will make it right. Mystery card purchases are final once the card is revealed, except as described above.
Trademarks
Pokémon, One Piece and other card game names and images belong to their owners. Collect'Em Store is an independent shop and is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
Limits
We work hard to keep the site accurate and running, but it is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our responsibility for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.
